Sylvoryn (https://slyvoryn.com) is an early-access platform connecting buyers of botanical raw material with land, growers, and harvesters. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
Account information: your email address and a password (handled by Amazon Cognito), plus any profile details you choose to add, such as a name, social links, and a profile picture.
Activity you create: property addresses you look up or claim, buyer demand requests, harvest jobs and availability listings, messages you send to other users, and agreement acknowledgements. Agreement records include your name, email, a timestamp, and the IP address you signed from.
Assistant questions: text you type into the on-site chat assistant.
Technical data: IP addresses are used for rate limiting and abuse prevention and are kept only briefly.
To run the platform: show search results, match buyers with supply, let users message each other, and process subscriptions and success fees. We also use it to keep the service secure and to understand which advertising leads to sign-ups.
We do not sell your personal information. We use these service providers to operate Sylvoryn: Amazon Web Services (hosting, database, authentication, and the AI assistant), Stripe (payments; card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored by us), the U.S. Census Bureau geocoder (addresses you look up are sent to it to find coordinates), and Google (advertising measurement, described below).
When you message another user or sign an agreement with them, the other party can see what is needed to complete that transaction.
We use Google Ads conversion measurement to learn which ads lead to sign-ups. This uses cookies set by Google. We do not use it for remarketing or personalized ads. You can manage Google ad settings at https://adssettings.google.com.

We use encrypted connections and managed cloud services, but no system is perfectly secure. Sylvoryn is for adults and businesses and is not directed to children under 18.
